Reaching us by phone is just as easy as placing an order here on our website. If you have questions, or would like to place an order via phone, please call our office line at 407-549-5075. Our staff is eager to work with you on any questions about the products.
To check the status of an order you've already placed, please call our customer service line at 407-549-5075 or email email@example.com. Someone from the team is always available to check your order and advise on delivery.
Orders placed by 3PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed for shipment same day. If the item ordered is a backorder item the customer will be notiied of the status of their order and given an estimated date to expect the shipment. At that time the customer can cancel the order and be given a full refund.
Shopping with confidence on our website is what you should expect. We understand that not every custoemer will be satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason the item/items you have received don't meet your expectation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to quickly resolve the problem.
If a return becomes necssary these are the guidlines we follow:
Prior to return, all customer returns must be approved by an authorized Geo Networking employee. Returns shall be shipped prepaid by the purchaser. Geo Networking shall not be responsible for damage in shipment. Purchaser must enclose a packing slip or note containing his name, address, phone number and description of the problem with any returns. Warranty repairs will be returned to purchaser via surface transportation, unless purchaser specifically authorizes return by air shipment and agrees to pay the cost. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge and no returns, except for items needing service will be accepted without prior authorization.
